SRT-4mation Picnic Meet
New name, New date! Poll is closed and the people have spoken! Same information as the last meet. Please, all that are on the list to contribute food/etc, if you are NOT going post up so we can subsitute!
So everyone is clear on what's going here is all the official information to pass along:
Date: Sunday September 10th, 2006
Time: 10am - whenever
Place: Watchung Reservation Picnic Area
I myself with a few other volunteer's will be there bright & early to set up the picnic area. If you would like to come down early and help contribute, get in contact with either myself or PSI Chick Amy. We could use any help available.
If you are contributing with Food/Utensils/ETC PLEASE, do you best to arrive by 10am or at best before 11am. This means if you plan on bringing chicken, please don't show up at 1pm or later. We have to prepare the food.

The official mailing address to Watchung Reservation will get you lost! It lead's onto a dead end street and we will just have a whole crowd of people screwed up. Following driving directions are VERY important for those coming and detailed.
People coming from NY/Eastern NJ
Rt. 22
Westbound:
Route 22 West to New Providence Rd.
Right on New Providence Rd.
Straight on New Providence Rd. (turns into Deer Path Rd.)
Right on W.R. Tracy Dr.
Go to circle.
Follow sign for Loop Area/Playground (should be 2nd exit off circle).
People coming from Wester NJ/PA
Eastbound:
Route 22 East to the light of New Providence Rd. *You will have to exit off Rt. 22 East and make a left onto New Providence Rd. Then take New Providence Rd. and cross over Rt. 22.*
Straight on New Providence Rd. (turns into Deer Path Rd.)
Right on W.R. Tracy Dr.
Go to circle.
Follow sign for Loop Area/Playground (should be 2nd exit off circle).
People Traveling on RT. 78 East (Western PA/NJ Folks)
Route 78 East/I-78 East:
At I-78 Exit 44, turn off onto Ramp for 0.2 mi towards New Providence / Berkeley Heights
Turn LEFT (North-East) onto CR-527 [Glenside Ave] for 0.5 mi.
Take Glenside Ave to W.R. Tracy Drive (exit on right….should see signs for it)
Take W.R. Tracy Drive past Lake Surprise (lake on right).
The Loop area will be ahead.
People Traveling on RT. 78 West Follow the sign's for Glenside Ave as shown above.

I don't want too wait till the last minute so I'll have too say now that I won't make it back in time from my mini vacation in time too make it.If I do it will be with little sleep.If I can make it I'll just give a donation.Sorry if this strains the food bringing process.I had this planned for awhile.Sorry guys.

(: so yea, ill probably bring bottled water... and condiments.... mmmhmmm, ketchup... gotta love it, and the weather will be PERFECT !!! 78-80 with a low of 68... mostly sunny... gotta love it!!! and whoever i bring i will ask to bring food... burgers, dogs, buns... so on so forth
ill be there with my friend and his supercharged 350Z, and my boy in the camaro SS might come as well... not sure yet

I"d prefer you don't. I'd like to keep this as tight as I could and the place is already expecting a certain group of car's. Sorry but I don't need a fleet of mustangs coming in. TJ & Evan are exeptions being part of the crew.
