    DSP datalog

I am attempting to post a datalog of two consecutive WOT pulls I did today. Trying to figure out my lean issues. (cant wait for Forward Motion forever!)

wont let me edit first post:

My car has been running perfectly fine under normal driving but under WOT it has been going WAY lean and hesitating. Today I logged two second gear pulls and let off the throttle after nearing redline. It was pretty difficult to keep my eyes on my AFR gauge, Boost Gauge, and the road..... During the pull the turbo spooled up and the car hesitated and sounded like PTB.... the AFR was eratic but seemed to richen up a bit as the rpms climbed. My boost was set to 18 psi on a custom dsp tune. Any help is appreciated as always....

I pretty much full bolt ons minus a return line. i am still stock fpr. Walbro fuel pump has been on for about a year same with the plugs and wires.

I have about 53k on the clock and I put that injector cleaner into my gas tank twice (not sure how well that shit works).I was thinking it may be the pump taking a crap though. did you look at the log? did i post it correctly? lol

im gonna go ahead and say its the stock fpr. youre not pulling enough fuel pressure to match the 18psi. when you start adding boost, a fpr is probably a good idea. No i did not look at your log because its a download and i am at work.

Had plans to bring it to forward motion over the winter took a weeks vacation so I didn't need to drive and someone broke into a car in their lot and stole a stereo so they called and cancelled on me.

Then I work three jobs and go to school and need to drive so I had to wait til the semester was over. Called FM after semester ended they said they are too busy and they will call Ms when they have the time.

I don't know where else to bring it and don't trust myself to figure it out on my own...

Normal driving is fine so I can drive the car just keeps me from driving Like an idiot.

So that's why issue isn't fixed and its starting to get me annoyed.

Hate to sound like an ass to a company, but for them to cancel just because they got their lot broken into is a pretty lame excuse. if you already had a scheduled appointment that "THEY" canceled, then when you called them back, they should have made time.

There are a few Tuner Shops around Howell. Eastcoast supercharging, Tunetime to name two. I know Tunetime worked on SRT's as Darooke was having his work done by them, and they set a few people up as well as Dyno days, but I seen some shitty things happen with a car that came back after a transmission swap.

Anyhow. Call forward motion and tell them you been driving the car like this for months, and they canceled your appointment. its only fair that they honor the appoinment they canceled. In a nice way though. ;)

Sorry Mario...I was in Washington DC for the weekend. Will you be in my area anytime soon?

I plan on calling Forward Motion soon....I am a VERY laid back person but it is going to be hard to be nice if they give me the same BS again... As far as Tune TIme.... I brought my car there twice before. First time was just for my walbro fuel pump and gauges/gauge pod. The gauge pod fell on my head while driving down Rt 9 the second day i had my car back... The second time I brought my car there was to get it tuned with my dsp. Car ran fine for a whle after the tune. I noticed it running poorly a few months later and after around $8k in body work.

ANyway, Tune time just rubbed me the wrong way and I just dont trust them. Matt seemed like an ok guy but something about them...I just dont trust. It also bothered me that he told me he would only need my car a few hours both times I went there and both times he kept it for a few days.

East coast superchargers does more work on 8cyl cars as far as I know? I figured FM is the place to go bc Scott drives an Srt-4 and knows them in and out.

Tomorrow i think i will dial down the boost and throw the stock tune back on and see how it runs?
