Huge problem and cant find answer

Hi everyone. I am hoping someone here may have an answer for an issue that has cropped up with my car. I have an 05 Srt-4, and I am having some serious passanger side hub bearing issues. Problem being that it keeps ripping them apart. Changed it out at 67k, lasted until around 98k. Changed it out. It lasted a week. Replaced hub assembly and bearings and that one has lasted 11k. Does anyone know of why the car is constantly destroying that right side bearings? I have a ASE cert. dodge mechanic that does all my work, and we are all stumped at this point. Any suggestions or answers or help most appreciated.

Being ASE cert doesnt mean he isnt a moron.
There are so many reasons why this could be happening...to name a few...
    1) Not lubricated enough
    2) over tighten
    3) kingpin worn
    4) heat from brakes
    5) wrong replacement
    6) warped hub
    7) worn out hub carrier
    8) oversized or wrong offset wheels
    9) Not tight enough
There are more possibilities. Start from there

For starters, the only reason I listed about my mechanic is because he is a good mechanic and a friend, not some jackblow off the streets. I know there are alot of worthless mechanics out there, I have had the unpleasant misfortune of finding a few.
Thank you for the list. Most all of these issues either do not apply or already have been addressed, but there are a couple we can look into.
Any further help would be appreciated as always.

To start...Does your mechanic use an impact gun set at 4,000 PSI to tighten everything? i've seen plenty of parts/bolts/nuts/ destroyed and over tightened by that. And like steve said make sure he is using the correct parts too.

if he's using a gun to tighten the axle nut...he's porbly over doing it by far. Torque wrench everything by hand

I am almost 100% certain he does everything by hand torque. Everything has either been replaced or checked thoroughly and still the car is eating bearings. We are all stumped as to why. I guess we are looking for something thats unusual or not as obvious as may be expected such as wrong parts, not enough grease, over tightening and such. From all the searching I have done, it doesnt seem like anyone else has had this issue, other than just having them wear out eventually.

So there has to more strain on that bearing. Thats the only explanation i can ponder up. Is there a wobble too? Are the wheel weights correct? The passenger side is right by two motor mounts so make sure they are still in good cond. Ifthose are broken or badly worn it will lean the motor to that side therefore putting more stress on the trans or axle. Not sure myself if that evem makes sense but its worth looking at.
If your caliper is frozen or sticking it would heat the pads rotor axle and bearing very bad and maybe burn it up but i think you'd notice that.

Thank you for the further advice, I am also thinking for some reason this side is catching more stress. I know it spins more on that side than the other, but I try to be careful not to do that much, tires are expensive. I will look into the motor mounts. I guess at this point anything is possible. The caliper on that side has been replaced. It seized up a while ago and was replaced with new brakes.
