there are 2 bolts holding the fuel line in place. also where the injector cover attatches. i'm assuming the car has been sitting a while, so there shouldn't be much fuel pressure. i think if you make sure the injectors stay in the fuel line, you shouldn't have a problem anyway. undo the clip on the fuel line, remove the thermostat housing, remove the intake manifold, remove the exhaust manifold/oil and coolant lines. drain the coolant. remove radiator hoses. etc. basically, if you see it, take it out.
but before going crazy, you may want to remove the head before removing the entire motor though just to see if there is anything obvious.
a good idea might be to label the bolts in ziplock bags. there are going to be a ton of bolts, and it gets confusing after a while. let us know how you make out.
