the only way you are gonna get any good gas mileage is if you stay out of boost, stay stock or just dont drive the car. These cars are and will always be shitty on gas not to mention they are only 12.5 gallon tanks. My AFR's are right where they should be, I am big turbo and I stay out of boost 95% of the time and I still only get about 180-200 to the tank. Buy a beater daily driver if you want to save gas. The $1000 that you spend on one will pay itself back in less then a year

i am built motor s256...have to drive it delivering pizzas for the next two weeks which makes me wanna cry....i got 198 miles than the gas light came on went to the station had 210 miles and got 10 gallons of gas....21 miles per gallon isnt to bad for 110 percent city driving no parkway.....only was your getting 30 is if your cruising and thats still bs cause that means youll have 300 miles to a whole tank never experienced that.....

Stage 3 city about 18 to 20 but that is occational pulls.....highway about the same but that at 85mph if you do 60 then about 24 25 highway.....
stock is about 220 to a full tank and highway i got about 260 miles to a tank so 26 mpg

its amazing how many different set ups my car had had over the years.....hope this helps...

big turbo usually helps with gas mileage as long as you stay out of boost. the best i used to get was about 26 highway with an occasional pull here or there.

Just stay out of boost and you will be fine. I remember one week i borrowed my friends stage 3 srt and still got an average 20mpg city driving staying out of boost. Even stock will eat up your gas when your constantly hitin boost and getting on it lol. You also gotta remember thats with any car boosted or not :P. If you have heavy mods, depending on your tune, you will get shitty gas mileage. I would also agree with SRT4Trbo. Big turbo does help if you stay out of boost

I deliver and have stock turbo. I use about a quarter of a tank when i go about 60-65 miles. Also my gf goes to st. joes in philly, so when i go there its 90 miles each way. I fill up before i leave and get home with a quarter tank.
