hows jersey police with loud exhausts?

im ganna be going to college in new jersey in brookdale..i live in new york and they seem 2 bother me once in awhile...just would like 2 know if i should change my exhaust..i got a full 3" mendrel bent straight pipes very loud!!? what should i do oh and also what about a CAT....do they give u any problems!!

i never had a problem until about a month ago.
no tickets yet just stupid pull overs for basically a slap on the wrist.
6 pull overs in the past month which is alot for me

that's per cat. but cops rarely enforce it. you only really get ticketed for it if you're racing or something, and they just add it on as an extra whammy

most cops honestly dont really like imports if you didnt notice...so putting a really loud exhaust on a car cops already dont like...:rolleyes: i've run into a few cops that were cool about the exhaust (maxxfab side exit no cat resonated and i had a mpx no cat also) and ive also run into cops that are dickheads and point out every little thing they can thats "illegal" with your car... alll depends on the cop and your attitude :)
