If you buy it in the correct size...sure. Was this a trick question?!?

yes, i think they are on backorder or discontinued or something like that...i could completely wrong though
didnt feel like making a new thread and i didnt see this discussed anywhere. i have 225/45/17 bfg dr's. last time i used them i revved alittle to high at the line and snapped the driver axle clean in 2  . my friend told me this is how you burnout with dr's. tire pressure around 26? up to the water box almost at the end but still in water. pull up the ebrake, 2nd gear rev it up and let it go burnout until the tires get hot n sticky and some smoke. once you feel the car wana pull forward drop the ebrake and floor it outta the burnout box. at the line find a good rpm to launch at and go. now my problem is what psi the tires should be at and what rpm to launch at so i hook but dont snap an axle? and is my friends method correct? thanks
yo lower the psi to 20 and youll be fine
thats what mine is at in the wetbox and i get the best traction for some reason
Way back in the day when I was a NOOB and just on S1, fm wga, exhaust and a couple tiny things here and there I used BFG drs and I did a normal burnout because you have to at ATCO.... then i just brought it up to 1900 and slipped out easy and i think i got like a 1.9 60fts all day if i remember right.
Here's the vid of me going easy outta the gates (no flaming how gay those tailights looked they were a vday gift from the ex lol)

No wonder she's an ex...I woulda socked her in the gut for buying me those.
:fryparanoid:
Who says you can't sock her in the gut now??!?

yea long time ago i bought racing hart evolutions in silver from joe boostn with 225/45/17 bfg dr's. i RARELY use them. esp after snapping the axle i was like f*ck this... i want slicks lol but i put them on the other day and been driving around town with them.. NO wheel spin :woot: just hooks like hell lol but im afraid to use em at the track and wanted peoples experiences and advice before i try them again. i was running em with like 26psi in em and was launching em at like 3000 but they chattered like hell. so i went down some rpms and then last run i staged and waited for the other guy n he staged real fast and the lights just dropped so i revved it up and dropped it and SNAP. completely my fault but i was pissed to say the least after that. ill prob. give em a shot again soon. ill try like 20 25 psi and launch em low like 1900 2000 and then try alittle higher. thanks for the help guys:D
i still think you'd be better off launching at a higher rpm (3 grand or higher) and feathering the clutch out.

well my problem is i dont slip the clutch which i guess ill have to try or learn to do. i just let it out lol either slow or usually fast haha ill try it. if i break another axle dont be surprised to have a broken window and find an srt4 axle in 2 pieces in ur evslowi keed i keed
the last thing you are going to do while feathering your clutch is break another axle. if anything you're clutch wouldn't like you very much depending on how slowly, and what rpm you release it.

yea thats my other problem i dont wana murder my stock clutch lol but o well if it goes it goes. gonna eventually need to get a stronger clutch anyways
your clutch should be fine...you're not making crazy power. i had stock clutch on my 50 trim, and didn't slip when i drove it. only for joe and anthony![]()
