    Bleeding brakes

    I bled my brakes today. :yay: (Put in 3/4 of a fresh can of ATE)

    Amy, thanks for reminding me I had those Speedbleeders and the can of ate.

    With age comes short term memory. :rolleyes:

    Is this easy to do? Just use the bleed on each caliper and thats it??

    Stab the brake lines and let it bleed......:rolleyes:

    Its the best way to clean out all the fluid.... and remember kids use JB Weld to seal back up the line when complete

    Is the ATE fluid, DOT 3 like the stock fluid or is it considered DOT 4?

    Something in our manual said something about upgrading to DOT 4 regarding our cars...
