You tried to use the wipers with heavy snow on them? Why didn't you just use a snow brush to get the snow off first? You might have messed the wiper motor or something...or check the fuse?Good luck.
First off it snowed and it had coverred my wipers and obviously it didn't move.....and when the snow melted the wipers and fluid washer still did not work...how can I fix this??
THE RESOLUTION WAS A BLOWN FUSE.

The fuses are on the drivers side of the dash board, you can see the panel with the door open. The fuse will be blown if the metal connector inside is broken.
And as for the wiper motor, I'm not sure. It could also be the switch itself on the steering column now that I think about it.
I think you'd be able to use a multimeter to check it, if in the "on" position you should receive a reading (not sure of the spec), if it doesn't register I'd assume it's shot. I'm no expert though...maybe Jay or someone more knowledgeable can chime in.
blown fuse, stripped gear in the wiper transmission (yes, it's called a transmission), burned out motor.
as for the washer nossils, they're probably frozen over and internally. hair dryer. don't run the washer pump for long like that as you're likely to damage it too.
Stripped the wiper or smoked the motor. I do about 100 of these every winter.
The splines on the actual motor rarely strip out, it's the ones on the wiper blades that do.

it was the fuse ...got it fixed ..thanks guys for you help:)
glad it was something easy to fix. next time you might not be so lucky. never activate your wipers if your windshield has ice on it.
