how much horsepower you think ill get out of a throttle body?...is it worth it?

Is it worth it? ofcourse it is, depending on your mods you will see real good gains. The more mods you have better the result will be, If i was you i would def get it. I have a lorenzo 60MM all the way through TB and I love it. Def go out and get 1 asap.

i picked up several hp with the iceman tb...

of course, there was a 150 wet shot in the up pipe just before the tb so the extra size really helped.

ive heard it helps a lot with throttle response making the car feel a lot more solid. i plan on doing one someday

i have a ss downpipe an intake and blowoff valve, u think ill puch more than 10 horsepower?

probably less than 10 peak horsepower....
but it will give you good gains through the powerband which is more important.

check out the Fullybuilts Ported TB and Intake manifold bro.. its a great deal.. and you should see some awsome gains from it

I'm guessing 2-4 hp gains? Along with an increase in air flow as well.

On a fairly stock car like mine or yours howard.. the TB and Intake Manifold will give you id say 20whp.. with a bigger turbo and a NICE BIG FMIC the gains will be even more im sure

On a fairly stock car like mine or yours howard.. the TB and Intake Manifold will give you id say 20whp.. with a bigger turbo and a NICE BIG FMIC the gains will be even more im sure

fairly stock i say more like a 12 whp.. this mod is more for low end and midrange power

I have the LFS 60mm and P&P manifold and love it, but like DrEdSrT4 said, the FullyBuilt setup looks like a great deal.

525 bucks - 5% gets you a fully built ported intake mani and ported tb and adapter to 60mm... BEST deal out there... check it out

Guys im telling GO fullybuilts route with the ported 60mm TB and ported Intake Manifold package, great price, great gains.. and SRT4mation members are gettin 5% off ;)

I have a Lorenzo 60mm tb & adapter like a couple folks on here. I'm waiting on a intake mani from fully built. I'm expecting great results. Plus the fact that my TB is red, that makes it faster :bigthumb:

I agree with a stock engine. But 20 hp is a reach with just replacing the TB alone. That is nearly 8% more hp over stock. I can see a wga/bc combination possibly getting some double digit NET GAIN in HP, but a TB alone would yield single digits unless the car is far from stock.

I have Fully Built's ported TB and spacer. It's a very nice piece for the price. I wanted Lorenzo but couldn't afford it, I also kind of like the fact that it looks stock.

I'm planning on getting their Ported Manifold eventually.

is the one on modernperformance.com a good one (60mm rpm)?
