if the PDF is already uploaded to another hosting company...then you can just post the link here.

otherwise, i don't know if you can upload a file to this site. an admin will have to answer that question,

I already asked Hozay.. and his answer was "I suck at life" lol.. no its not uploaded chris, its just a PDF file that is saved on my PC, but since we have unlimited space on here, i dont see why THIS SITE cant host it?
