I was reading the Etown race schedule and they said no time test & tune. They only do a no time if you want that right? The day that we went to Atco to watch they had that no time b/s and i couldn't stand it. What time do you guys usually get there and how many runs do you usually get?

well first off the track was greasy as a pork chop last night..i mean it was pretty damn bad but it doesnt matter anyway.kevins car is running pretty damn good.we are still on the stock block and head so we not running more than 30 psi.the stroker and auto trans should be here next week.then its gonna really be fun with that car.the best e.t. was a 11.60 but next time out i think we should up the spool up shot and get it hooked early.the car can definately hit a 10 with the stock motor

my car got there late so i only got two runs in.the first run i didnt launch it and got on it from almost halfway,i was more concerned to see if there was any knock than anything else.had no knock at all so i gave it a pretty hard launch on the second run and im pretty happy that it trapped 124.the e.t. kinda sucked but with the track the way it was and my slicks bite buttnuggets i was happy nonetheless.i think i stopped spinning somewhere around 6k in third.i know some of you guys are prolly like wtf 12.0 with that turbo but that was also only at 23 psi....i was looking for tools because i wanted to turn up the boost another 5-6 pounds but it was getting late and the staging lanes were closed .

vics car ran good...not as good as last time out but conditions were much better then.we really need to find a good tire for these cars.the m & h's just never seem to get hot.maybe some tire softener will help but its time to switch over to the mt's

My car pulls twice as hard as it did with the stage 3. The problem is that the turbo is too big for the stock engine and only makes power between 4400 & 6200. So, when I launch the car at 5200 rpms it boggs down then makes power again when it gets to 4400. This happens with every gear change, with the 3rd and 4th gear being the worst. The turbo was meant to go on my engine with a new head but we are going to use a 2.6 engine (thats another story) so for now, we are running the stock engine with this turbo. The car is running 11.60 at 122.8 mph and getting better with each pass. I have to learn how to drive this car now since it's a little different than stage 3. My stage 3 setup did not go low 11's on the first pass, it started in the 12's and worked it's self down with seat time. I feel very confident that this car will go 10.90 with the stock engine after a little more testing. My secretary called today to rent atco raceway for a test and tune for my car.
