Well well well. I think we have a very good chance of getting a regular meet going in the Philly area. All we need is ummmmm, commitment??? I doubt anybody really wants to drive 30 mins to linden on sats. b/c thats the only way to meet up with other srt's on a regular basis. But honestly I am more than willing to. Its retarded that we cant get a meet. Maybe there wasnt enough effort from the mods ( of our section) before, but Ill take it upon myself to corridinate our meets from here on out if no one has any objections.

Blue Fountian Diner (off of business rt. 1)
Umm yeah chime in with some suggestions.


In order to be fair anybody thats interested in a weekley/bi-weekly/monthly meet please post up with ideas or suggestions. The poll will help to determine how often we meet.

i suggest a meet on the last thursday of every month, the same time as the hooters car show. we could meet up before, and if we felt the need too, go to hooters in force. we could meet at the oxford valley mall in front of the movie theatres.

hell yeah good idea henrey my boy!! I dont think it should be too much a hassle to do it once a month and how can you beat hooters??? Im down for a meet at oxford valley on thursday nights just to meet up before we go down to absolute if anybody else is a reg there.

But yeah how about we try to get a couple srts at the oxford valley mall this week then we head up to absolute all pack like. Make a nice showing then chill theres mad meets on thursdays bo is always finding other meets.

Voted monthly...Only cause my work schedule changes week to week and I never know it till the last minute. Plus it would give me time to round up some SRT's from over here in the Reading area. There's a bunch around but most don't stop to talk.

Then its settled. Monthly meets.

Monthly meets will be set for the last Thursday of each month.
First meet will be : September 29th (exactly one week after autumn begins) who gives a shit. Meet time will be detemined by yet another poll to gauge everyones schedule. Im thinking around 7:30 p.m. but ill post up a new poll.

Here is the tenative schedule for the upcoming months.

Sep. 29th
Oct. 27th
Nov. 24th (Thanksgiving) If the car show is still being held this month we will coordinate our schedule with theirs and hold it accordingly.blah
At this point Dec-Feb. will not be meet months untill further discussion.

I like the idea of a monthly meet MUCH better. I work every night until 9, so I would probably miss out on the meet, but I would love to catch you on your way to Absolute (even though I gotta pass absolute to get to oxford valley)! :eek:
