Hey Mike this is looking interesting to me, i would love to see diversity of cars instead of running my car with street tires down the track with track temp of 100+ degrees like last year. We shall see...

I think i'm going to be stuck not going to either, i need to doggie sit on the 22nd! Sucks....
Yea fast srt's i remember last years, the best srts were 12.1 with S3 FULLY gutted, a PSI FI Big Turbo running 12.5's and Amy was running mid 13's with her S3 setup. That was in heads up. Eliminations the fastest was Brad - Atthetrack and he was running 13.0's pretty much all day long with S3 and meth.

The 'fully gutted' s3 SRT runs consistant 11.5's. The track was so hot people's shoes were getting stuck on the ground.

That old guy's silver SRT-4 from last year was running a best of 12.1 - not sure what angle you watching from but i was in his class and talking to him all day. And yes the track was rediciously hot - however i had serious issues with traction.

I'm not sure what angle i'm supposed to be looking at but his car has run mid 11's consistently in New England.

Hozay - read closely i was talking about the cars' times of LAST YEARS MISTU DODGE DAY - and last year that day i asked him his best ever was an 11.7 he said (his best that day was a 12.1 though). He could have improved, in fact everyone has, i already know i dropped a full second off last years times, however i wasn't talking about that.

I understood your point. I was stating that everyone did piss poor that day. I agreed with you that the day was a shitty one to race on.

So as far as Rich stating "fast" SRT's no one is going to run to their potential and that's the main reason why i'm not big on going anymore, i don't find any reason to run the car hard in those conditions to show times that don't reflect no where near it's potential. That's why i stated the times and what not so i'm not sure why you chimed in to tell me that he runs better in New England?

dude, remind me to bitch slap you when I see you. I'm not agreeing with Rich about racing that day. I said car's that ran at the last dyno day did do poor and did better on other days! I was merely giving you an example how what a difference that particular s3 guy did on other occasions!

We all know that it's going to be HOT as hell. The point is to have a bunch of SRTs there having a good time, sweating your ass off and supporting each other no matter what the weather.
I would still go if it was 110 off the track. My car wouldn't like it much but I'm a track rat :thumb:
