Today i was driving on route 37 when i decided to give it a little boost. I got it up to 10 pounds and i felt the car lose power. I pulled over and immediately saw steam comming out of the engine bay. I looked underneth and saw engine coolent everywhere. When i installed my 50 trim i had to cap off the coolent line that you don't use anymore(right side of the engine block). I put a bolt in it and clamped it. That apparently blew off and sprayed engine coolent everywere. I fixed it buy putting a larger bolt in the coolent line then i put a rubber cap on it and clamped it down. I just want the next person to really work on capping that line as tight as possible so they are not stranded on the side of the road like i was. and of course it started :smilie_re while i was working on my car. I am still

what kit do you have? With the AGP setup, they give you a billet plug for that line...

That sux about the coolant spilling all over the place, your engine bay must be a mess. But good thing it wasnt anything internal that blew. But then again it must have been pretty embarrassing, all the sti and evo owners driving past thinking "another neon pulled over teh side of the road with smoke coming out of it, whoulda thunk it?" lol

I have the agp setup. I didn't receive that billet plug.

I had my wife pick up some of my tools and coolant from advance before she arrived.

You should have received the billet plug. I would call Ben at AGP and have him send you one. Every kit should include one.
