View Full Version : Dash lights help

I have installed some inverted blue leds but they are not bright enough and one is messed up. I would like them to be brighter. Anyone know what I can do?

get new bulbs? sorry, not sure what else you're looking for.....

did you try the dimming switch? make sure that it's not turned down?

Try taking the one bulb you think is it and reversing it, LEDs are direction and will only work one way. And there are dim spots, such as the 3k mark in the Tach, thats cause there is a bulge there for the turn signals to have a separate bulb, that area is usually dim.

Why? You're rocking the E-01 so wouldnt you want them to stay Green? The only other thing I can think of to do is put Hyper White bulbs in there so there is like a Luminescent Green effect (a brighter green).

I can probably do them in a couple weeks

AHHH those look sweet as hell, i want them..

what do you guys think the best looking boost gauge is too and is actually accurate.. i cant have electric i need mechanical.. ideas?

How many extra bulbs would you need to get the HVAC/Defroster done aswell? and can you use the same bulbs as they offer in the dash package?

The bulbs on the hvac are completely different.

I see you own an 05, the 05's HVAC bulbs are soldered in :doh: . Youll either have to remove the solder very carefully, or buy another HVAC console.

This might be the vodka talking? but that page looks like japanese to me? idk which lights i need and dont need? can some1 help me out more? I want my whole dash to be blue accept for the redline on the tach and i want my boost gauge a matching blue
