shift knob keeps coming off

every time im slamming gears i rip off my shift knob is their any way to put it on tighter or get the problem fixed

u could always stop slamming your gears, or keep slamming your gears and break something

rip the gears harder and throw it through the back winshield, easy how to pm more for more info.

new one only cost 6$ from dealer if you installed sts its good idea to replace same happened to me

buy a metal one........you'll be glad you did. The extra wieght of the knob will improve the feel of the shifter a lot.

Put A Gob Of Modle Glue That Way It Melts The Plastic And Snap On The Ball And Let It Dry And Good To Go

when you shift don't pull up on the ball...grip it differently and it shouldn't happen

well i raced and it fucking came off so i just slammed that bitch back on nice and hard and havent had a problem since

i used a rubber hammer. and beat it down. it worked good 4 a long time then poped off at track....

its true tho dont lift up when u shift.
