Halloween Banner Theme

hey I thought I'd make a seasonal banner for each time of the year and since halloween is coming up I thought switching from this red theme to a black/orange theme. I think it's a good idea to keep the forum constantly changing and keep it snazzy looking, I use to be with another site and they loved it.... plus it made the registered users a little more active.

thanks, I can make it better if you think its done sloppy... I just wanted to get the idea out there to you guys to see the feedback and also if its worth the time to put it together.

Also Admins, do you guys have power of changing the buttons up top? For ie, if I made custom button layouts.

I think this site can be improved a lot for us.
