View Full Version : Stock Rims STOLEN!!! Pics Inside...

Woke up this morning to find all my lug nuts and 2 wheels gone. They removed all of the lug nuts and left the passenger side on 2 spares that they had.
I filed a police report ASAP, but I don't expect anything to come of it. I went to file an insurance calim and then realized that I could get a whole set of nice rims & tires than spend $500 deductible on 2 stock rims. Or I could just buy 2 stock rims & tires used.
Does anyone have any stock rims they're selling?
I guess I'm not going to DPA on Friday or AP on Sat...

:eek: :eek: :eek: dam man this is the shit that would drive me to kill a person, was there any damage done to the vehicle im sure they werent gentle when droppin the car to the ground. next time get some wheel locks may not stop them but it will make it harder.

This is why I had wheel locks. Everybody laughed at me "nah, people wont steal our stock wheels."

Sorry to see this shit happen to you. Make sure they didn't fuck anything up. Those studs are weak and break easily. Don't just slap on some wheels without first checking.

That is crazy.
That wheel lock stuff sucks it just makes it harder for you to take of the tire when you need to.
They need to come up with wheel locks that you have to disarm otherwise when some dirtbag goes to remove them they shoot poisoned a dart right in their eye

and also they have hotsause, poison and hotsauce

No marks at all on the rest of the vehicle. I don't even think they put there hands anywhere else on the car.

They take off the lug nuts in the first pass... Then come back to take the wheels off.

Wheel Locks... Check!

Using 3 jacks and a jack stand I managed to get 3 tires on.
I first put on the drivers side 2. Then I put the spare on the Passenger Front.
I was hoping I had a little luck and one of the spares thay left me would have the same bolt patter, but no... I suck too much.
So, the rear passenger side is on a jack stand.

I had a talk with my mother and she said she'll pay for me to get a top of the line alarm (I was thinking Computech because it also has the turbo timer built in), but I still need rims first.

The compustar alarm is alright. I have a clifford matrix responder alarm and i love it. Same one as the viper 2way alarm. The turbo timer feature i looked into for our cars and it sucks. But thats my opinion.

Make sure u get the Gorrilla locks and not the El Cheapo one's u find at Strauss. Believe me, you get what you pay for.

How much was the clifford w/ install?

As far as locks... I had to go el cheapo in the meantime because I had to get to work.

I live on Lakeland Ave, which becomes Ocean Ave north of Vets Hwy. So he's about 2 miles north of me. He does alarm installs? (I do need my windows tinted at some point too.)

i was around maurice ave in this shop called "wings" i went there this morning to hangout cause my friend was changing the oil on his 350z soo i parked in front of a warehouse next to the shop and some guy went up to me and asked me if i wanted to buy anoda pair of rims

Dude, that chews dried donkey shit. Sorry to hear about that. Thats like someone raped your car, will never be the same again. You might as well get counciling for it now cause its going to need it. I going today to pick up locks for my rims. and a lock for my Antenna. Hell, even a lock for my wing cause there are assholes sick enough to do something like that. My word of advise to you. Talk to Pete, AKA SUPACHIN. He has hookups for alarms, even with built in TT's. Good luck Bro. And if you catch him. cut one foot off, and then cut all his toenails off the other foot. and tell him. "now you know what my car felt biotch"
