Official Freezehold Mall Meet Recap

I figured we need to start this because, it was insane! Every kind of car you can imagine was there in couples, from SRT's, sti's, audi s4s, is300s (even a brand new one), 240sx's, evo's, powerstroke fords, trans ams, camaros, mustangs, and even an oringinal mini!!!! Hundreds of crazy people standing out there on an inch thick of ice in 14 degree temperature and a crazy wind chill that made my jaw stay stiff! People were a little crazy doing donuts and what not probably what led the cops to come...

My crew was 3 srts, my silver, kevins white acr, and ed's crazy eblu with a hahn 20g and my friend with a modded audi s4. We got there around 7:15 and there were a lot of cars but the flow of cars didn't stop, it was crazy, however freezing out there drove us to leave around 8:30 and we went to warm up at Damon's Grill up the road a bit on Route 9, got some food and play some hardcore NTN Trivia on the bigscreens haha...

All i have to say is we need to pull something like this off when it is WARM! It was nice talking to you North srt guys and we need to set something up where we all can meet maybe we'll take a trip up to the AP meet one weekend when ya know its going to be a good turnout...

amazing how many people came out in the cold. Even an hour after the police kicked everyone out there were still cars showing up 5 to 10 cars at a time

I don't understand why this wasn't organized better. What was the point of expecting a fairly large amount of cars only to get kicked out within an hour? Sounds like a complete waste of time to me! Next time the folks who started this meet should really consider a spot where people can actually stay without getting harrassed.

This meet was only supposed to be a honda/acura meet. The original poster made it on myspace at the end of december. two weeks later lots of other car sites and clubs etc decided to show up. There wasnt any set plan. It just grew huge over one tiny post on myspace. LOL

The meet def was fun as hell. Alot of people showed up and even though it was only an hour, it felt like over 2 cause of the cold LOL. Everyone was real nice and I got to see the Hahn 20g in person, its actually a very nice turbo kit! (nice meeting you too Ed :bigthumb:)

Even though the parking lot was covered in ice, I dont think there was one single accident which was good. Got to see alot of cool cars, meet some cool car enthusiasts (anyone who comes out in this weather I consider a hardcore enthusiast :lol:) I considered the meet a huge success.

That was my buddy Enrico's car. He's not on the forums but he's got typical stage 1 stuff - ECU + MBC, AGP WGA, 3' side exit exhaust, STS. He's got 750cc injectors, e-01, emanage, fuel pump, etc goin on soon though
