It is one beaut of a car in person. I tried my best to get a test drive, but they just laughed at me.

Yeah a 10k markup is kind of teh sux0rz but when they are so rare what are you going to do? Price you pay if you want to be one of the first. A friend of mine when he put down a deposit for one of the first STi's to come to the area, the dealer actually had the nerve to ask him if they could charge an extra 5k over MSRP after he signed an agreement of sale because they realized how rare it was. (no, he didnt pay it, just MSRP)

lol they have 2 charger srt8's at my dealer one black and one orange both stikered at 41,300 they also have a black 300c srt8 aswell. the 300c was 50K! damn expensive. yet to see the jeep srt8. good post though maybe I will take pics of the 300c and the orange charger.

My personal fav SRT-8 is the Magnum cause A. Its the cheapest and B. It doesnt have a Gas Guzzler Tax (its classified as a truck)

im guessing thats why the sticker on the 300c SRT-8 was at 50k I didnt stay long so I didnt study the sticker (wife was looking at rx-8 and mazdaspeed6)

yeah thats my guess aswell. they didnt mark up the charger srt-8's on at my dealer (im guessing because they got 2) but Im almost sure that 300c srt-8 was marked up.

The dealer I bought my ACR had it marked-up to 29k. Needless to say he kissed that commision bye bye. I bought it thru fleet for 23k out the door. Which I still felt like I was getting taken, If it werent for the msrp on the Dodge site. But have you ever heard of the Viper Ram going for 80k?
Moss Motors has a hellacious mark-up.

I saw an SRT-8 Charger two nights ago on the road. The guy was probably no more than late 30's. I tried to get his attention as fellow Mopar, but he wouldn't have anything to do with it. Infact i felt like he shook his head slightly. Are't we all supposed to be family? lol

My ford dealer had the GT AND a Genuine Shelby Cobra built sometime in the last year or two at the shelby factory.

And with he 5k markup on the SRT-8 Charger at the Dodge dealer..it was being sold while I was checking out the ACR
