best for boost?

i haven't got my SRT-4 yet.... but i got my eye on one :D ... i know they generally come with around 215whp/230ft tq...

my question... which mods should i go for first ?!? best bang for my buck...

his name is javon... and he thinks the SRT-4 is just another neon... his best 1/4 time at englishtown was 13.35 with falken semis...

judging from that... what mods should i start out with to at least get a better 1/4 time :confused:
