I am definitely leaving at 3pm and that is from Livingston. About a 2 hour ride up depending on traffic.

Should have just enough daylight to get the campsite set and the food cooking. OH, don't forget about the beer drinking. I'll have like a 6 pack before you get there :)

Ant, I agree. This Saturday we should do so. I got it all mapped out and we all just need to sit down and clear the mud.

Pat, we have 2 sites together and it looks like about 15 people are coming. 8 people per site and we should have plenty of room for cars. No issues there.

If you can carpool with someone then you're better off. It just makes for a better ride up.

We've had some folks drop out for very good reasons and I would like to see them go to this event. So, I'm going to make it easy for everyone and "vote" that we reschedule this for next year. In 2006, people will have sufficient time to save the $$$ and give enough notice at work, school or home. Plus, I would rather see you take a portion of that money and put it towards the 2005 Holiday Party. More to come soon on that topic.

Let's not forget that Fall Nationals at ETOWN is on 10/1 & 10/2. There is still something for us to go hang out at and spread the good word of SRT4MATION.

I really wish Zoraida and I could have made it this year but we have so much on our plate, it's nearly impossible to do so. I know alot of you guys were excited about this and I wouldn't want it to get spoiled. Everyone was hype about it. If you guys decide to drop it and move on to something else, i'm sure we can do something else such as the fall nationals.

No matter what however, the holiday party WILL go on! That's something everyone can enjoy.
