Help! HKS BOV AND ATP UPP .. Lower boost.. PICS!

Well I got those things installed today, did it with my friend (who will hopefully be getting a charger srt8). Here are my problems..

I'm boosting 13 MAX. Used to be at 19.

My lines are already all f'd up from my mods:

AGP WGA, Had a Mopar BOV.. replaced with BOP

The only line I changed was from the factory surge valve to the nipple on top of the HKS. It comes from the tripe T thing with 3 hoses on it. Everything else pretty much stayed the same. All the hoses that came off the factory pipe just got put on the ATP UPP. The BOV also doesn't seem all that loud. I probably messed up the lines, can anyone at DPA take a look at it and figure it out tommorow?

Also, the bolt on the HKS, no idea how to adjust it and which way to turn for what result. Here are some pics:

You didn't cap the pink line and u didn't tee into the throttle body line.

I think the pink line was capped when I put the BOV in. Not sure about the T.

The "t" is the most important part. LOOK at the diagram.

I am looking.. The T, the line you wrote that goes to the BOV, that line is connected to the BOV. I don't think I get what you're saying.. GO ON AIM!:)

Ok, looks like a fixed my shit today. Car is pulling like before. I'm spiking around 15, used to be 18.. Is that normal considering the weather changed from 55-65 degrees when I was doing 18psi, down to 35 degrees when I'm at 15psi?

what are u holding to redline? doesnt sound right

I didn't really look, but my friend that was in the car with me said it dropped to around 10 at redline. Thats not good, time to make a boost leak tester.
