everytime i hear that a new 05 red srt for is joining the club im like noooooo that one less red srt noooo might get stuck with like a silver one or god forbit a yellow one....

god this company need to hurry up

What do ya mean God forbid a yellow one. Yellow is the most rare now. HOw many do you see?

you're still workin on that lemon law?

yup yup is at the shop for the fifth time..... and if i dont get it back by friday its ganna be 30 days at the shop so technicly i already have more than 4 attempts and about too get the 30days out of service.


but im already in contact with the main chrysler thing so i already got a case number now im ganna call them up today after school too c whats going on

If they have to give you a new one, you have the right to demand the same color or take an ACR.:)

ur right but they are not ganna make another red srt 4 if they run out. and the problem is that i have all the options....for the srt4 except the acr package...

i want my damn kicker system

so yea they only had one in yonkers left that was exacly like mine so hopefully they havnt sold that one yet

You can call them and actually tell them that you have i Lemon Law claim in and your lawyer informed you to tell them not to sell the car. Or better yet, have your lawyer do it.
