Most likely a chafed harness somewhere behind the engine. Start the car, and wiggle the harnesses until you notice the engine stumble, or the fuse blows. Keep looking over the area of the harness you shook to make the engine stumble or die. Pay particular attention to the wiring down to the crank position sensor. PM me if you can't find it.
