Anyone on LI have a Plasma cutter?

I need to take off my lower heatshield without going through the process that I did with installing my O2 Housing. I couldn't take it off when doing the install. I want to take it off now.

If anyone has one or knows a shop in Nassau or border of nassau/suff. county let me know.
