Im painting my BBS's...

when i get them back from Frodo. I'm happy with the stock silver color they are but there are a ton of little imperfections on them like scratches, tar stains, and stuff like that. my friend does auto painting and body work so he's taking car of it. No rattle can here! they will look factory quality

But what color should i do? the book he has to choose from is endless. regular silver, darker, lighter, gunmetal? i want something different though. i need your help guys.
no black, gold, or crazy colors like red and green please. heres my car for reference.

I like the silver now, you may be able to pull off a gunmetal or white though. I also think bronze might look good.

lol, thats my problem! lots of colors MIGHT look good including re-painting them silver. Photoshop just doesnt give me a really good idea of how it will turn out.

if your amazing at photoshop and can try some colors out...DO IT! my laptop is acting up and freezing on PS

yo Ant I say keep them silver and clean, and if you wanted some accents to help with your lip and headlights, do the inside of the spokes like black or gunmetal...just so it adds a subtle, almost unnoticed accent color.

marc, they NEED to be painted. even if its the stock silver color again. theres too many chips and marks all over them

i've seen his work on cars, very good and he uses top quaility paints and clearcoats. i trust him

I liked the subtle inside spokes w/ gunmetal...can't really tell until you're up close. < 3 sleeper style.

Personally I'd say stick with silver on the bbs's. Though black rims look pretty sexxxay on a white car and if/when i do get some new rim I've been kicking around the idea of black. But on the bbs's i think silver...IMO

DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT paint your BBS's Ant. They are too rare because BBS never offered them in that color. If you want just sell them or store them and buy a set of something else. BBS offers them in a darker shade I believe. It would be a shame for you to ruin those wheels.
