System Help in the G35

[Co Pilot]

Well I am looking to upgrade the system in the G soon, want to get some opinions from people who know alot more then I do about sound systems. Did alittle research, and here is what I came up with...

JL 10w6v2 subwoofer powered by the JL 500/1v2 Class D amp.

MB Quart PVI 216 Components for the fronts...
MB Quart DKH116 2 ways in the backs...
Powered by a JL 300/4v2 amp.

According to the G35 forums, there are only 2 types of component tweeters that will fit in the stock spot, that is the MB Quarts and the Infinity References. I want the tweeters to fit in the stock spots so I don't have to drill into the door panel.

I am running a Pioneer D2 headunit.

Any help is appreciated. :cool:

hey tj if you want to save a little cash we actually have a box sitting here that was in chris's car. it's a JL wedge with two 10" w3's. he has the v1's i actually have the v2's, if you would rather my box that's fine we can swap them lol. they're great speakers.

i have no idea about the other stuff...i'll let chris chime in on that

Not rated at true power with a horrible noise level ratio, the louder they go the less quality they have...there's no SQL or SPL with that setup. I was thinking of making a custom amp rack for the 2 amps, but I wonder if there is enough room on the back seat to mount them both. hmm... decisions decisions...

i have two 12'' alpine's and people have heard my car it bumps. but i don't think tj listens to the same music as me, so in that case. tj ur org. system sounds hot go for it, especially since it doesnt require any modding to do the speakers
