Thats weird I have 650CC as well and I have mine FPR set at 49-50 and it is perfect no back fire no pops or nothin at idel.

hmm well i had originally had it at 30 and that suked lol... so i raised it to 40... right now my afc is pulling 0% we just put my fuel on monday... so i put my fpr at 40 ... thats wat a couple other people are runnin

Once you tune the car to your liking set the FPR to 49-50 at idel you can go maybe a little lower to lets say 45-46 and it should be ok. when you put the return line on did yoou block off the stock FPR?
