No offense man but I straight up gave you the key to get the car down the track either 12.6 or 12.3. I gave you two setups.... one using stage 1 and a setup using stage 2 with TOYS!
You decided to take a different path that many of us told you to steer away from because of how ineffecient monetarily it is. We all were nice enough to give you the info so you don't have to do trial and error and waste time. My plans/setups with the Mopar Stages work. The car runs GORGEOUSLY just like it feels coming off the production line except a lot more go.
I'll try helping you again.... SELL THE S2 and put back on your S1. Then PM me for the rest. I'll get you in the 12's in no time.

nah, don't listen to these guys.
s2 no toys just needs a little help (needswings dump or 3" exhaust)
end of season last year I did a few 13.4s on stock kdw's trapping 106-7.
two weeks ago I ran 4 13.5s @ 106 (pretty consistent).
s2 w/o and 3" see last year - open dump this year (just for fun).
You can do these #s with map clamp, wga, but that's pure ghetto.

Those numbers are absolutely nothing to brag about. I would be ashamed if in fact I ever ran mid 13's off of what you spent in mods. As far as who you are telling not to listen to is another problem you have. Do some research. You are talking to the veterans of SRT4s and know what we are talking about and all have plenty of slips to show to you we know what to do and how to do it.

What did you get on your old 50trim setup or the built engine (11.973 and some 12s)? What did other guys you affiliate with get with their "unique" setups? I agree there's no room for argument if you have money to dump in the car and if you have that much time to keep tuning and adjusting and going to the track to TRY to get good times then there are other ways. I am telling him the quickest, easiest, cheapest and most reliable way that is PROVEN. I would never say anything without the proof.

My car did what I wanted out of it, my runs went like this -
12.8, 12.7, 12.7, 13.2, 12.8, 12.7, 13.0. The best run of the day was my 12.705 @ 109.35 w/ a 1.937 60ft.
I'm only spiking 19 holding 14-15 (3rd gear). For having less than $2000 invested i'm content.

i ran 11.7 with a stage 1 that i picked up for 150
a nitrous kit that i picked up for 499
a wastegate for 75
and a front mount that cost me 350
so technically i spent less than you and i went 11.7@124 and i repeatedly ran 11's.didnt you also go back to running consistent 12.2's after that one mid 11? and thats a 3600 stage 3 kit no?
i also have a bunch of other guys that i setup with stage 1 and stage 0 pcms that ran low 12's as well...shit bungles did 12.4 with a slipping clutch on his stock turbo!
in mikes defense however there is a ginormous difference between yours and his. he has no seat time in the new setup and my tune is very conservative.for an 11.9@121 on a night when the track just wasnt there is super stout!! the car wil only get quicker too.that motor is built perfectly and can handle alot more timing.the meth wasnt even on!!
vic had a extremely similar setup and we went 11.1@128 on the same exact turbo.
the car also gained 31 mph in the back half!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats moving!!
once the boost control is sorted out and he can hold 28-30 pounds all the way out the door that car can run a 10...thats a big difference than a stage whatever running a 12 whatever imo

You are so conceided that you took my statement as a personal attack against you. What does me bringing up stage 2 runing better times then yours(although i was wrong) have to do with my setup or my friends?
You think because you ran some good times with a stage1 and a stage 3 that everything else is wrong. You can get great times from stage 2 as long as you lean it out.
As for my setup I did not use a stage3 setup because i wanted to run faster times then 11's. My plan all along was to go 35r or larger(hense the built motor) I guess i could have taken the easy way out and ordered a stage3. thats what you would do right? No i did 3 passes on S3 11.8, 11.8 and 11.6 No seat time either.... I bolted the slicks on and went for it. I haven't seen 12's since the old stage 1 setup. You saw my other attempt at englishtown; broke an axle. I never ran since but i will soon... S3 Kit was 3200, i don't have any connections or ins with any srt guru so that's the best I could do with all my part prices.
Btw telling people how to run 11's your way is a great way to drum up business.... I also included the cost of wheels and drag radials to the S1 writeup, not that it means anything :D

I actually re-read over your post and I have to appologize I really skimmed it and saw it as a dig towards me. I'm use to it on here especially from your group. So that's the only reason why I brought up your car and other people's setups. The only thing i didn't understand was the fact people were giving him information on what to do and what to buy however they are leading him to something that wasn't tested and a proven good.
I never said you can't run good times with S2 without toys, bang for the buck like i explained to him in a PM he could sell the S2 without toys and keep the s1 he already has. He can use the money to buy more mods that he could use to go faster. S2w/o is more expensive than S1 so he can make more from the sale which = more money for mods.
Also i am a firm believer in the mopar way, where they don't have to tune everyday (or at all for that matter) because not everyone has a Jay in their backpocket. It takes time and something upstairs to figure out how to properly tune a modded car to run right and run safely. A lot of kids see how fancy all the aftermarket are like the dtec and other ems but don't know how to use it properly and are damaging their investment/car.
I don't know if you notice how this all started, I was defending the statement that someone said in reference to JAY's paperweight statement. Saying the original poster should not listen to Jay or some other people on here that have proven setups and that know what they are talking about - especially Jay... Then you brought up a false statement directly to me. Again, sorry I took the typing the wrong way and after reading it again I think I see where you were coming from. PS i wasn't doing 65 on rt. 9 :(

Yea your right that's what i'm doing... I didn't put any time in, should have done something else just to save me from the people that didn't have the opportunity or that didn't take it talk... :dunno: I thought I was doing the right thing, giving back to people that supported me as a kid and brought me up in this world; put clothes on my back and a roof over my head. I thought giving my parents a reliable employee that is watching out for them instead of all the other employees that are out for themselves was the right thing to do. I guess I work as hard as I do for nothing huh? because it doesn't count, it's owned and ran by my parents...
About the bday party... If you knew what you were talking about, you would know Kenny set the date for that meet. It landed on my bday which I was going to be at the TiKI Bar anyways. My parents threw me a suprise bday party that day. Funny how we still had 60+ people that didn't even belong to any car group or site. Those people must have been paid off too that showed up. However my parents were nice enough that if someone was there they told them to grab some food. Wow must be really sucky people to do that. Oh and all the family and real friends are just posers I guess.

Im gunna jump in not on any side.... I have stage 2 w/o toys and its worked for me.... I personally dont mind tuning it... I dont have to tune it everyday I just have a nice safe tune... I made reasonable number to my liking on the dyno and thats that... Let the kid do what he wants is his car... Hes gotta take the car in his direction and explore the aftermarket world mopar or not... Ive had a lot of fun trying and exploring new mods... Im not saying stage 2 w/o toys is for everyone at first I was a strong believe that it sucked the royal left nut but Ive made it work... (sidenote) I drive the car to drive it not for track numbers so dont go there...

11.8, 11.8, 11.65.... you didnt back up your 11.65, just 11.8
I actually re-read over your post and I have to appologize I really skimmed it and saw it as a dig towards me.
9 :([/QUOTE]

In my opinion (not that matters) the FM wga for stock turbo's are one of the best because of the spring and how easy it is to tune. Also those guys over there at Forward Motion are a pleasure to talk to.

Are you math challenged?
