Hlp me with suspension

Well every summer my i set a new little project for my car, last summer was was some visual stuff and EBC not much because i was still paying off the front bumper i had to replace. Well this summer i have decided to do suspension and if time allowed brakes. My question is what set up should i go with? I dont think im going to need coils because im not really looking to auto x it and im not into twisties atm. I wanna spend my time down the track puting some good times on the tree so what do you guys think would give me the best bang for the buck in a spring strut combo. I drive the car every day and since i live in jerzey as u all know the roads suck so just keep that in mind. Well im deff looking forward to your input thanks for any help you can give me.

i loved the mopar s1 springs, i thought they were badass and rode awesome,nothing beats coilovers though,s3r or tein

I heart my tein ss'. BC's are also another great choice. Never rode in mopar stage 1 springs. I've only riden in sportlines and hot chicks so i guess im a little bias. haha
