Um, I would assume that you just do a standard Boost leak test. If there is a leak in the Intercooler, I'm sure you will hear it.

Hey Hey
Yes the standard Boost leak test ! but we don't know how to do it I know you have to incert the air and block it but not sure were if you leave the turbo or the tb hook up I would think you would get a leak though the motor?

Dave--Building a boost leak tester is very easy. Check the Nazi forums for directions.
To actually do the test all you have to do is disconnect the intake from the turbo, mount the tester on the turbo inlet and compress it with a compressor. Try to pressurize to 20lbs, if you cant, then you have a leak. cut the compressor off and listen for where the leak is coming from. If you can get to 20psi, cut the compressor off and listen. You should have 2 people. One to watch the boost gauge so you dont over pressurize, and one to hold the air on the boost leak tester. Usual suspects are the hot and cold size pipe, charge pipe from the back of the turbo, mopar blue plate, Blow off valve, throttlebody. Pretty much anywhere there is a connection / coupler.
REMEMBER!!! If you have Water/ Meth injection DISABLE IT. Those systems are pressure sensitive and once you introduce boost, they activate. You dont want to go and spray Water / Meth into the pipe and then crank the motor over. You will hydrolock.
