A set of 3mm spacer's would help... I would be pretty upset with the company you purchased from if they stated it would fit though.

ACRs are a pain in the ass to fit if you're still running the stock Tokicos. They may have spec'ed them for the regular SRT-4 and not bothered to check on an ACR.

actually the seats would be useless for me. I found out that I'd need the shoulder straps over the tops of the current seats anyways due to my seating position.

Then I would assume that your going to have to repostion your seating. Straps over the back of the backrest would be useless..

I believe if they were 17's they would fit. 18's just barely hit as you already know.

IF they told you 35mm then there should be plenty of clearance between the rotor and wheel. Seems to me like its more of a 45mm...how wide are they?

for the most part yes. BUT there is a degree of possibility that the spoke pattern/wheel design leans inward enough to scrape the caliper. offset is measured from the wheel mounting surface vs. the center line of the wheel. for example a thick vs. thin spoke and/or a curve in the right place will do it. also the whole system can expand with heat. more from a track day than on the street-but it's something to consider.
if the wheel is inferior it could flex under extreme loads as well.

curious, explain?

if it's barely now, it will rub with enough weight transfer. w/spacers just frequently keep your eyes on the studs.
