Track rental: Friday Aug - 31st

I have rented the Track in Richmond VA Friday Aug - 31st to get the Red Sled Tuned for NHRA Finals at E-town,
6 spots available - 75$ per spot
No reserving spots first to pay gets the spot. Period.
We can go from 6 to 14, but I doubt that will happen.

Absolutely no street tires This WILL be enforced .

Not that I'm going to go, but why arent people able to use street tires?

I've got 2 guesses.

1. Helps keep the rubber on the track
2. Cars running street tires are usually slow
