Lemon law Here i come

Well according to the New York Lemon Law Book they gave me it says. that

if a problem cannot be fixed after the fourth time or the car has been at the shop for 30 days than the owner has the right to say he/she doesnt want his/her car and shall get a car of equal value or all his money back....

soo i asked if it had to be a safety or mechanical issue at a second dealership and they said no. it can be any type of problem just as long as they have tried numerous attempts...

well lets c what they did to my car since my leak started...

-resealed the winshiel
-selaed any hole they found
- specialist worked on the car alllll day and came back to retested himself personally
-sealed my "h" valve.
-welded some stuff


and lets c i get the car yesterday and i wake up today to go to school and (lucky me it rained sunday night) anddddd my carpet was type wet on one side... now im not sure if it was that they elft it a bit wet but i doubt it but if anything im not going to take the car to the shop till friday when im dont with school and hopefully it rans so i can monitor it closely

im going to stop by the shop today cause they forgot to give me the carpet back and im ganna ask them if they dried the carpets when they gave it to me....( pretty sure they did cause there was no water around the car so it wasnt tested...)

well yea i should be able to win a new car cause if a "specialist" worked on the whole car ithout any success than i doub any one else can find the problem......

so stay tuned till it rains again :)

same thing with laurs rsx, it made this horribly annoying noise like the car was gonna blow up whenever you got over 60mph. we brought it to the dealership twice and they said they fixed and each time they didnt. the third time we asked about the lemon law and they said we wouldnt have to worry about that. she got a new windshield, sunroof, brake assembly, and they re-rubbered and insulated the entire car. hasnt made a noise since.

i got a leak but i want a new car cause these people are welding and resealing stuff and its not making a difference, so i feel that the car is unsafe now so ima claim the lemon cause how do i knoe these people were not suppost to seal those holes or weld them together. ya now what i mean. and now the car is making a rattle noise everytime i have my sunroof open and it didint do that before.

and now i found 2 new scratches after i got the car back so not happy with that either..

well it has to be 4 attempts on the same problem, so its a hard battle to win because they will keep saying its a different part that went bad

got abou 10 lawyers in my family and a mother that is very good with dealing with people when it comes to customer service so she should knoe what to write in the letter when we claim it :)

Wouldnt the Lemon Law still cover it since he had the same problem 4 times?
What they did or say they did shouldnt make a difference since the car still had the same problem he initially brought it in with
