The Whipple is great. Its tuned at 16psi right now, and it pulls so hard. I am a big pussy behind the wheel usually, but I didn't get out of boost all day today.

I too have upgraded. AFR Heads, 1,000hp clutch, 2-step is going on (so all of my critics can STFU), high flow oil pump, new hydrolic lifters and timing chain. I'm not racing till I get that in. My 600hp clutch is donezor.
The time I tell people I run now is 11.0 @131. If you can beat that it'll be a good race.
From a roll it's a different story.
This is my 4th best run. You can hear the clutch starting to poop on me.

yeah the spray is in there. It's a back up for my big mouth.

I'm taking small steps. I still need suspension work badly, but these good deals on engine parts keep coming my way.

When I am finished I'll be on 25psi, meth, race gas and a small shot. That will be in a year or so. I'm also cageless, so I'm not legal and that cuts my track time down emensely.

Have you ever ran at E-town? I have heard that people are getting better times at Atco then Etown :dunno: But don't shoot the messenger on that one, just the "word on the street"

You looked to be on a full slick and skinny, were you for that run?

Here is my plan for now... My rear isn't where it should be for the track, so I have to take it easy for alittle bit, atleast until the winter down time so I can get FLSFC's, Lvl 5's, a few new bushings, and probably slicks. As for this season, I am racing on Drags, Only pushing 16psi out of the blower, and hoping for a 11.2 or 11.1 not launching at the cars full potential on drags. Over the winter, I am going to get tuned for 18psi for everyday driving (pump gas) and 20 psi for racing (race gas). Hopefully by then, my rear will be good enough to go on slicks and skinnys and I would like to see mid to low 10's at Etown. So thats basically my plan, we'll see if how it works out.

That run was at the SVTSnake Track rental. It was easily 80-90 degrees. I have 275 MT ET Streets on there. The best run I ever had was at Virginia Motorsports Park. That time I keep to myself. That is also where my clutch said adios.

Let's put it this way. The fastest guy at the SVTSnake rental I really went for it when I was racing him. I was going to beat him.... till my charge pipe blew off. That's been fixed.
