which rims will fit? i have heard none will but i see a few forum members with rims on their acr's
any help?
none will? that wouldn't make sense..
any rim that is the same size with the same offset will fit exactly like stock.
if you want bigger, smaller, wider, narrower etc then you have to do research.
the acr wheel size and offset is a very odd fitment, which makes it difficult to find an aftermarket wheel.
having said that, Tire Rack is pulling up 64 wheels.
really your bigger issue is finding tires.

yea thats the real problem is finding teh tires =/
i want 17's
Ok. afaik, factory tire is 225/45R16 with an overall diameter of 23.7"
BFG makes a 205/40R17 at 23.5" and 215/40/R17 at 23.7". that is a VERY small sidewall.
I'd have to check but I think you'd need to get like a 225/35R17 tire as your closest match.
you're very screwed with the factory suspension on the ACR edition. you really can't step outside the overall dimensions of the factory wheel/tire combo without replacing parts or bad rubbing, unlike the normal versions where you can get away with things.

well that just about blows ass
yep.
ACR really just needs to be run as-is from the factory. Otherwise you wind up replacing all the bits that make an ACR an ACR; then what was the point.

Unfortunately, if you're looking to put 20 inch spinners in your car, that's not gonna happen.
If you want to change your rims, just get something that's performance-oriented rather than something just for looks (maybe both-but within the same specs as the ACR rims). A set of Motegi Traklites, Enkei RPF1, or SSR's look good and yet lightweight.

Leave the ACR pkg as is. BBS wheels are excellent. Not trendy monsters, but excellent wheels.
Spend your money on the engine. Or hookers. No, wait, very easy to get chicks nowadays - forget the hookers.
