I've seen that article posted a couple times.
Alot of people have found it odd that the NGK unit would appear to test so badly considering people who have it have reported it to be dead on accurate when compared to a dyno's wideband. Some difference between the "Real World" and the testing method maybe?

glad i rely on the lowest scoring one to re-assure myself 21lbs isnt too much for the car.

probably more like errors in the dyno readings.

this was a controlled test using a gas that they KNEW what the results should be and each gauge gave different readings. it's even harder in the "real world" when you don't know what the readings should be, and have to trust the gauge.
