just got home from etown

just got home from etown track was in pretty good condition..today was the first time i ran on slicks and stage 2 with toys

My mods are stage 2 w/toys,intake,sts,motormounts,needswing v6dp with ecutout

with a new wga and intercooler i dont see y i cant be running very low 12s and cut the 60's down to 1.7

my clutch is in pretty bad shape after last nite third run i launched and i just smelled nothing but clutch and it locked me out of 2nd and 3rd gear....i let it cool down and ran again for a 13.008 its fine right now but it looks like im going to need a new clutch

How many miles do you have on your car and how many passes do you have? Just for my knowlege. Im thinking about running on slicks this year, but I have the factory clutch with 50k

This is why I am a but concerned, I have 48K on mine.

same exact thing 3rd run slipping ankd had a horrible clutch smell let it cool and it was all good you should be fine mario worst comes to worst you have to upgrade to a performance clutch its worth it...slicks help so much

5000 i got a 1.8 and ran my 12.8 then i did it again i just dropped the clutch from 5k and my clutch just smelled all down the track and locked me out of 2nd and 3rd then i let it cool down dropped it from 4500 had a 1.9 ran 13.008
