Yes it is but you should already have one connected to the IN plug coming off the LC-1. You program the LC-1 and the XD-16 separately.

If you don't have any terminators plugs connected at all, then just order one from Innovate. They're not much $$$.

Ur right Jeff. As a matter of fact, i'm 99% sure that the guage doesn't work if the term plug isn't pluged in, so if your lc-1 works, then you must have a term plug.

i got a lm-1 wit xd-16 and it reads fine wit out the plug. i just can't program it.
