So with all this weather I've found that my passenger side seems to be leaking water from behind the glove box... or so it seems.
I've done some research and this is not uncommon and there was a TSB for 2003 model, I'm not sure about 2004 which I have.
I need to take it in to a dealership but don't know which ones are good. I live in Cranford/Garwood area. Anything from the 22 to aviation plaza area are very close.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kenneth

just called the Maplewood service department.
The guy was very pleasant and told me what the likely problem was and how to fix it myself. But then mentioned that my car is under warranty and the water leak specialist is coming tomorrow and that he could look at my car by 9:30 am and I'd have it by the end of the day. All work free of charge.
I'm sold. Maplewood rocks for water leak issues!

hhmmm, I see.
I have a catch can, magnecore wires, STS, and K/N filter.
So it seems the only thing they might not like is the catch can, I could put the original back together. But is it really that big of a deal?

From what I hear about that place, you should be fine. Besides, ur checking for a water leak. Nothing related under the hood.

You obviously know nothing about Linden dodge puto. My car was there for 3 weeks, 2 weeks I just bought it! They had to send it to Oasis dodge to discover all my car needed was a pcm reflash and new injector. :flame:

Linden Dodge sucks. I took my Dakota over there for warranty work on the timing chain(rattling worse than a baby's rattle). They gave me shit about the Powerdyne SC, and all the other mods. Then to top it all they pretty much told me to go away since I didn't buy the truck from them. So I went to Dennis Adams/Woodbridge Dodge (BTW they are still in business, just moved the Dodge operation to their Ford dealership down the street). They took it in, did the warranty work, didn't get me crap about my mods(as a matter of fact they thought it was neat that someone was modding a Dakota). Bought my Neon from them as well. Never had a problem with them having work done on the car.

I had that happen to me...I called up McDonaugh dodge in Metuchen to make an appointment and the guy told me over the phone its probably just something clogging the air conditioning....condenser? not sure of the right word, but thats what it was. Took the car to a car wash and I guess that knocked whatever was clogging it loose.

Got my car back...
Yeah, the guy over the phone mentioned something about A/C or defroster clog and how I could probably fix it myself by raising it up, etc.
But when I got it back they said it was something else, just a bad seal at the cowl and somewhere else.
But hey, they fixed it, or so it seems, and they were very nice. No warranty crap, but one guy wondered why I didn't have a wing.
So Maplewood dodge gets an a-okay from me.

Hey, yeah, that's me.
Don't worry about getting back to me. I knew how to get in touch with you if I really needed to get the coilovers. But I realized I'm going to wait until spring or late winter. I don't think I'll be driving my car much over the winter.
You'll hear from me again though.

Has anyone had experience with Warnock Dodge in East Hanover regarding their warranty?

So, I got my car back from the dealer but the problem wasn't what they originally thought. The seals weren't perfect along the hood cowl and drainage underneath that.
However, apparently it's common that the A/C or defroster can cause leaking because some drainage thing gets clogged. The guy said to get your car up in the air and underneath the car you can unplug the clogged drainage (?). It wasn't clear where this was exactly under the car. I never bothered because my car was under warranty.
Let me know if you figure it out.
