how do i remove front bumper. above wheel well doesnt come out. removed all srews under(3 screws) and above(3 screws) and in wheel well(2 screws). what am i missing

Wheel well screws, Bumber screws under hood, Splashpan screws under bumber, and two hidden screws in each fender after you take the headlights out :)
