Stock KDWs on the track

Matt-per conversation, here are some pics of how the KDWs would tend to behave given enough heat...(post/pic #12). I think the size is 225/45/17 in the pics-as stated in post#1.

Yea KDWs with decent tread don't handle cornering heat very well... at least not under long term abuse. I'm interested to see how my approaching baldies look after tomorrow :D

KDW's are more of a drag type tire, the KD's are the auto-x/road race tire which have a hard as nails sidewall and some say, the best non-R compound street tire out there.
